SEA VIEW

~ Scallops with mushrooms and carrots ~
Last night I imagined a dinner with a sea view, because there is a lot of nostalgia…who knows when I’ll be able to have lunch or dinner with the waves in the background.
But no more heaviness, I remedied by putting in front of a painting with a beautiful white sand beach and with a little imagination I was there, with my fantastic plate of scallops!
Simple and delicious!

INGREDIENTS:

  • chicken breast
  • flour A/R
  • two carrots
  • 150g dehydrated mushrooms
  • clove of garlic
  • seed oil
  • salt
  • pepper

METHOD:

Soak the mushrooms in cold water for about 30 min. Cut the carrots and boil them in a pan with oil, salt, a clove of garlic and the water from the rehydrated mushrooms. After about 10 minutes, add the mushrooms and cover, boiling another 10-15 minutes. Heat the vegetable oil in a pan, bread the chicken slices in flour and fry them. They should be golden brown, then add salt and put them in the pan together with the vegetables. Heat everything together, putting some vegetables on top of the meat to give it taste. Serve adding pepper and enjoy your meal!
