~ Soy chicken strips ~
Today I had very little time to process and sauté, so I thought of a second dish miraculous… ready in 10 minutes!
I propose the Easy Chicken with Soy Sauce (E.S.S), it takes more time to say it than to cook it!
INGREDIENTS:
- 500g chicken strips (for 3/4 people)
- flour A/R
- garlic
- oil
- soy sauce A/R
- fennel
- purple cabbage
METHOD:
Cut the vegetables into julienne strips and set them aside. Then in a pan heat a little oil and a clove of garlic. Lightly flour the strips, pour them into a pan and blend with soy sauce.
I got plenty of soy sauce because I wanted the chicken to remain creamy and flavorful. I used about half a glass. Turn the strips well on all sides then cover with the lid and cook for 5 / 6 minutes.
You may decide to season the vegetables separately (with salt, oil and vinegar, for example), or eat them with chicken with soy sauce.
