Until a few years ago I bought them stuffed from the trusted butcher, but every time there was something in the filling that didn’t convince me…so I started making them my way. The top would be to cook them in the tomato sauce, but today I propose them naked and raw…or rather, cooked but with a simple cream of carrots….delicious!

Yesterday I was thinking about the board game called Jenga, I immediately didn’t remember the name in fact I asked around.
But, while I was frying I had an enlightenment, I thought “I want to try to make a parmigiana tower” …

Without cream or milk, but love which sometimes can be a moonshot…as like my saffron chicken, which seems to have cream but is just a perfect illusion!
