Today I propose my second experiment with purple cabbage…I confess that I would have liked the pasta to be blue, but it came out in a shy greenish color. I discovered by chance the possible color variations that are obtained with purple cabbage and I literally fell in love with this amazing ingredient! This is not a very easy recipe, but I assure you it will be worth it…it was very good!
