BRACKETS

~ Yogurt donut ~
(Simple things are the most GOOD)
Today I share an Easy dessert, the way I like them!
Despite the simplicity, I managed to take it out of the mold, leaving a piece in the pan!
I remedied by decorating the donut with the crumbs of my soul in torment…sooner or later I’ll get a nice cake, I promise. Greetings from muddling Mitch!

AGRAMARE

~ Citrus cake ~
Third and last recipe chosen by you in Monday’s quiz. I had never made a citrus cake, I usually use only lemon zest to flavor the shortcrust pastry and Margherita cake. Today I let myself be inspired by the third singer I liked the most in Sanremo song contest, La Rappresentante di Lista and the wonderful “Amare”. The engaging melody has brought a little sunshine on this pale Sunday!

SBRICIOLOTTI

~ Single portions of apple crumble ~
Yesterday morning when I opened the fridge I found a surplus of apples, some were quite ripe and were about to rot. I therefore decided to use all  of them to prepare two easy, very fast and delicious desserts. Let’s start with the very tender crumbs and conclude with STRUDEL-ANZA (I’ve already published the recipe). The operation “chilling the apples” starts now.

ATTEMPT N.1

~ Pan biscuit with dark chocolate ganache and strawberries ~
This morning I had a cheeky awakening and I decided to gamble with a not Easy dessert (complex by my standards). In fact, while I manage quite well with first and second courses, I struggle with compound desserts.

LITTLE STEPS

~ Chocolate ravioli ~
After the Healthy Easy Food (HEF)week I decided to start replenishing the CHOCOLATE!
And what’s better than sweet ravioli with a white chocolate cascade?

WORK OF ART

~ Chocolate pie with ricotta cheese, cinnamon and chocolate chips ~
This morning arrived at my home some fresh ricotta and I said to myself .. why not try to cook a dessert?
My hamster has begun to elaborate …
