~ Yogurt donut ~
(Simple things are the most GOOD)
Today I share an Easy dessert, the way I like them!
Despite the simplicity, I managed to take it out of the mold, leaving a piece in the pan!
I remedied by decorating the donut with the crumbs of my soul in torment…sooner or later I’ll get a nice cake, I promise. Greetings from muddling Mitch!
INGREDIENTS:
- an apricot yogurt (or neutral)
- a glass of flour
- a glass of sugar
- two eggs
- half a glass of seed oil
- half a glass of water
- a sachet of baking powder
- zest of one lemon
- powdered sugar
METHOD:
In a bowl, beat the eggs with the sugar, add the oil and water. Add the yogurt and mix well, then add the sifted flour and baking powder and mix well. Grate plenty of lemon zest inside the dough and mix. Grease the donut mold with oil and sprinkle with sugar (normal or cane, as you prefer). Pour the mixture into the pan and bake for 30-40 min at 180 °, check with a toothpick.
TIPS: turning out the donut I have some dough stuck inside, I remedied by crumbling it slightly and decorating the surface of the donut and sprinkling with icing sugar. If you leave the cake slightly moist the result will be even softer!
